Lesson 1 - Learn why a person put on weight; Hormone imbalance and body shapes. 

Lesson 3 - Field trip to watch other success stories. After that i will take participants out to teach them "how and what to eat".

Lesson 2 - Learn what food group make you put on weight and how to put your body in fat burning mode.

Lesson 4 - This is the last lesson where participants learn to do basic exercise at home.
